Marc's Deeper Discount on Mentor Avenue in Mentor, Ohio.
Here I am again trying to think of something positive to say. What I write is not meant to be negative, though, it is only meant to be informative in an entertaining manner. Enough of that bullshit.
Does anyone else out there have a problem with their neighborhood Marc's store. Come on.... I know you're out there. Don't lie to me.... OK. I will take the reins as usual. I have NEVER been to one of Mr. Glassman's stores and not had to wait in a line of at least five other shoppers, not including their personal hangers on. What is the freaking deal here? There are always ten or so people milling about the store, but no one to man the registers. I have gone out of my way, many a time, to go somewhere other than Marc's for just that purpose. I know there are people who say it just has to do with the time of day, but I disagree. I have been there first thing when they open, near closing, every day of the week at different times it doesn't seem to make any difference. Marc, this is for you... You're losing customers. People like me do not want to have to ALWAYS wait in long lines. Also, you might want to tell Nicole at the Mentor Avenue store, that when someone accidentally goes through the cash only line and has no cash that she should be gracious rather than make an audible sigh. I was within seconds of leaving my entire cart full of merchandise right there, but had already waited much too long. Next time, if in fact there is a next time, I go to Marc's I will only buy 1 or 2 things and go to the service desk.
