CVS in Mentor again.
Come on you guys what the fuck? I can't believe that you still have people working for you that would rather argue and have people standing in line rather than just doing what is right. Again this was a problem with the fucking pricing. I had a problem months ago that entailed this exact problem. It was dealt with in a very ass kissing sort of way but nothing was done, obviously.
This time I walked in to the store on Lakeshore Blvd. To buy some air fresheners for my office. I went to the aisle, mind you the selection was not very good, and decided on some glade glass fresheners. I got two identical fresheners except for different scent. The price on the shelf was $2.99. There were no other prices on the shelf, I checked diligently because this has happened before at this store. Of course, when I got to the register, they rang up differently, I know you are surprised (feel the sarcasm).
One of them rang at $2.99 while the other rang at $3.66. I asked why there was a difference and the woman behind the register said that it was due to "some holiday promotion." That made no sense since there was nothing holiday about either scent, but I did not want to argue. I asked my companion to go back and get another of the cheaper items in the essence of speed since there were four people behind us. (The cashier did not call anyone else or attempt to appease us in any manner).
Remember that these were the EXACT same size, weight and dimensions, just different scent.
I think I have given this store enough of my business. I really don't like to use the one across the street but, good job, you have forced me to go to your competition.
